The witch is an aggressive level ~17-18 mobile located in a tower just southeast of Fornost. She can cast Burning Hands and Lightning Bolt. She tracks within her tower, but will not leave it. She loads 10 silver, black robe, heavy shoes, a ring and rarely the runic book with Seeingherblore.
