The perfect oak branch is an item used in the creation of focus staves. It can load in 6 different spots - one on the northern edge of Dunland, one in the stone circle west of New Orc Caves, two east of NOC and two in Eregion. However, only 2 can be spawned at the same time. The carpenter in the Blue Mountains can create a carved oak staff out of it. The branch decays after a few hours (real-time) in inventory.
